Life happens
I have been doing great in the IS 101 class so far and this weekend has been tough for me to get any work done. My car is parked at a restaurant with a leaky transmission so I had to ask my aunt to drop me off at campus to do my SAM assignments. Ive done my best to study. I didn't realize just how dependent my life was on the car. Even with all the stress about getting work done I did have something pretty cool happen to me over the weekend. I have been asked to carry a message of hope into a detox treatment facility. Despite all my anxiety, I am extremely honored.

Sorry to hear about your car. My car is giving me trouble as well but nowhere as detrimental as a leaky transmission. Glad to hear your aunt came to the rescue. ReplyDeleteI remember when I was just new here, my brother got deployed and my car battery died out. I didn't know anyone to call for help nor did I have AAA. I was stuck in the hot sun! good thing someone helped jump my car. life does happen, but glad there are people there to help just like your aunt. good job on your 2nd quiz.

ReplyDeleteCar trouble sucks! I just spent $900 on getting my a/c fixed, so I know your pain! I was also dependent on someone else's car for about 6 days, and I did't like it. Good luck on getting it fixed. And congrats on getting the highest score.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your achieve in class and out of class. You do not know how dependent that you are on your car, until you can move when you want to. I will keep you lifted in prayer.
